How strong does Vegeta think Goku and Ginyu are?

He seems to admit inferiority, just how strong does he assume they are? Just their current power or more?

Vegeta saw Goku multiply his power on a whim on Earth so he could be taking into account Goku doubling his power from the 60,000 he showed against the Ginyus. I'd say he had a pretty good grasp of how powerful Ginyu would be, considering that.

I feel like Vegeta is completely oblivious to the effects of Kaioken.

He sees it but doesn’t understand it. He thinks he’s been surpassed by actual ability and most of his comments never seem to make sense if he’s thinking of Kaioken.

I think he understood that Goku's power ups were destroying his body given that Goku literally said "I don't care if this kills me or blows up my body!!" prior to activating the KKx3, plus Goku muttered that he might be finished before Vegeta if this goes on not long after he used the KKx3.

Come to think of it, I don’t think Vegeta expected Goku to only be 60k. He’s got enough of a grasp on Ki sensing by now to realize Goku is far from FP. And as Kenshi says, Vegeta should know that Goku can multiply his powers somehow.

I don’t see what’s the problem with Vegeta understanding Kaio-Ken, or at least the vague idea of it. That is Goku’s power and ability.

He may know Ginyu’s power level from hearsay, but probably not.

He expects both of them to be at 60k. Himself, he's 40k and powers up to 55k when fighting Jeice.
