None of them are expressed to be any different from their Boo Arc selves, where most of the characters reached their peaks, so the pecking order ought to remain the same. Perhaps Vegeta got stronger depending of whether or not he kept Babidi's power up, but even then I don't think he'd go far beyond recovering the power from that boost. So basically:

Goku: 1
~ SSJ: 50
~ SSJ2: 100
~ SSJ3: 400

Vegeta: 1
~ SSJ: 50
~ SSJ2: 100

Gotenks: 750
~ SSJ: 37,500
~ SSJ3: 150,000

Gohan: 180,000

Anime Goku/Vegeta are suggested to have surpassed Gohan with SS2 given that Vegeta declared himself as still being the 2nd strongest Saiyan. Movie Goku is likely stronger than Ultimate Gohan with SS3 considering Vegeta treat him getting two-shotted as unbelievable. Manga Goku is far stronger than his Boo Arc self based on his image training implying his SSJ self to be on Pure Boo's level, though he needn't be above Gotenks and Gohan when he doesn't have any feats or statements supporting it. Him being the God ritual candidate wouldn't really suggest it, considering he's generally trusted to be the most reliable warrior as proven by the Boo Arc and Vegeta would be the undisputed pick if strength were the only factor.
