I have Arale (Possessed by the Phantom) at the level of Goku SSJ (Actual).

Goku SSJB (Current) = Arale (Possessed) >> Vegeta SSJB (Current).

In episode 69, Arale casually owned Base Vegeta, and matched SSJB Goku's Kamehameha with a blast of her own whilst holding back a lot of power. Beerus blew her away easily though, and Goku said that Beerus could destroy her. Overall, the episode was pretty comical and featured a few 4th wall breaks.
