How strong is Base Goku in Super?

I'll address some key-points that people enjoy using:

-Base Goku completely destroyed Beers' God Meteor with all of his might.
This can be countered by the fact that Goku absorbed the God power, but it was gradually disappearing. This is why he had to continue training in order to reach that realm of power before.

-Base Vegeta had grown powerful enough to sense God Chi training with Whis, and Goku said Vegeta was as strong or stronger than himself.
Whis says that they don't even compare to the realm of Gods, this comment is made while they are in their base forms. Further-more, both Goku SSj3 & Vegeta (Post-Training) both sensed something from Beerus and Whis beforehand. So they don't necessarily have to be stronger then SSj3 tier fighters.

-Base Vegeta easily dispatched of Ginyu, whom Gohan believed was equal to his Ultimate level.
Gohan could barely handle turning into a Super Saiyan. He could very well be weaker then his SSj self from the Boo Saga.

In all seriousness, probably stronger than Vegetto, if we take into account the boosts from Freeza's forms.

If Freeza's boosts for his transformations are the same on Namek, Base Goku is 226x Ultimate Gohan, between SSJ2 and SSJ3 Vegetto (Boo Saga).

Dragonball Super depicts Goku SSj3 as being stronger then Ultimate Gohan. The difference should be significant because Beerus is simply not impressed with Gohan.

The gap between Ultimate Gohan and Gotenks SSj3 could be as high as 50%. Since Goku would be even stronger than that, this means that the difference between Base Goku/Vegeta, could do to him what the Vegeta copy did.

When was it stated that his god ki gradually disappearing?

When it's stated that he's nowhere near the realm of Gods in his Base form. But before-hand, his Base form wasn't noted as being weaker then his previous Super Saiyan God form.

What's the only logical determination at this point?

His God Ki was wearing off and he later had to build himself back up.

The argument about Goku & Vegeta being strong enough to sense God Ki means they're 'so and so powerful', is mutt. Because Goku SSj3 and Vegeta SSj2 were capable of sensing something from both Beerus and Whis. So no, their Base transformations do not need to be in another league of power in comparison to Goku SSj3, especially when Super is tying up with EOZ.

By the time of Frieza's revival, Base Goku should already be at a caliber where he could utterly humiliate SSJ Vegetto (Buu arc). Goku immediately opting out of fusion after sampling a mere fraction of Beerus' full power implies that SSJ Vegetto (possibly even SSJ3 Vegetto) wouldn't fare too well against 10% Beerus.

There is no reason to have Base Goku Post God on par with Vegetto SSj. No reason at all. Recent material suggests that Beerus wasn't serious during his entire fight with Super Saiyan God Goku.

They didn't. Estimations via opponent's movements =/= Sensing opponent.

Whis also confirms here that Goku/Vegeta only got around to barely sensing God Ki after their training began, not before.

They totally did. Goku anticipated Beerus and Vegeta tried to attack Whis but couldn't. Unless you bring some evidence to support that claim, it means nothing.
