How strong is Base Vegito?

He is somewhat stronger than SSJ Gogeta.
The gap between Potara and Fusion is implied to be the gap between Base and Super Saiyan.
What's more, Vegetto has the rival boost powering him up even more.

SSJ Gokan is enough to beat Bootenks which is equivalent to Gogeta as well.

He doesn't.Gotenks didn't get a rival boost, so neither should Gogeta.

Gogeta isn't equal to Gokhan.That's not how Fusion works.

Why not? Gohan need to supressed himself to Goku's level to fuse with him. Goku is equal to Vegeta so I don't see any problem there.

Look at Goku's definiton of Fusion.
It creates a guy with strength, that his parts couldn't produce on their own.
Thus, Base Gokhan>Ultimate Gohan

However that's debatable. Goku even think he won't get stronger if he fuse with Mr. Satan like adding 1 to 1000.

If its true then why Goku still need to turn SSJ before he fuse to Gohan which implied that Base Gokan isn't enough to beat Bootenks and require SSJ to win.

That's with Potara, where the two people don't need to be compatible to fuse.
Because it's not enough of a boost in order to beat Buutenks.

Potara doesn't need to be equal in order to success the fusion but that doesn't mean it will grant them a big boost since the both fusees strength gap is enormous. Unless you think that Gotan will get unbelievable power.

What? How strong is Bootenks compare to Gohan? 1.5x? Yet Base Gotenks is more than 1.5x stronger than the kids.
