How Strong Is Boo Saga Tenshinhan’s Shin Kikoho?

I can't see it being much stronger if at all honestly. Krillin is still the strongest earthling in the Boo arc despite not training, so Tenshinhan at best made minimal training gains which should mean minimal gains to the Kikoho.

I could see it being stronger than before since his training has got to account for something, right? But wouldn't say it alters his tier though.
