Basil doesn't have any feats to compare him to anyone other than Boo. I wouldn't count his brief fight with Base Goku/Vegeta, since the Trio's teamwork seems to just be haxed and inconsistent in the anime when Goku goes from trashing them in base to needing to use SSB.
