How strong was Fat Buu when Kid Buu released him?

Less than half as powerful as it was Fat Buu, around SS2 Majin Vegeta level imo.

Equal to his level seen against Pure Evil Boo. Stronger than the SSJ2s by a decent margin. Vegeta's statement doesn't have to imply anything. Boo was shown to power up when angry, and it stands to reason that it could happen again even after splitting his rage.
