How strong was Monster Garlic jr?

If you had to put a number on it. Without doing any research I want to say 900-950 BP. That puts him below Raditz, which I don't have a problem with. It is, however, hard for me to picture him being a jabroni to the Saibamen.

He did get practically oneshotted by the combined power of Goku and Piccolo, so I wouldn't place him much higher than 700 or so in Movie 1. Gohan didn't have as much initiative to be as angry as he was against Raditz, so placing his rage any higher than the 710 reading at this point would seem to be pushing it imo, regardless of Toei logic.
