How strong was Nameless Namek?

Do you think he was as strong as Nail? Or more like a typical Freeza Saga Namekian, in the 3000-8000 range, which would still be extremely powerful on Earth?

Wasn't he a child when he reached Earth? So maybe he wasn't that strong yet, but was en route to being as strong as 8000, or as strong as Nail (40k+).
