How strong was Prime Chinjao?

He was obviously weaker than prime Garp, but Garp still had to put in a lot of effort to smash his head in.

Implications of his strength are all over the place. Chinjao's statement along the lines of "Witness the power that split the ice continent" suggests that his current power after his head went back to normal is the same as in his prime and he only has far worse stamina, but that seems like an empty boast with how his illness was heavily depleting all his capabilities. Maybe stronger than Marco at least given the damage Marco took from a weaker Garp? It'd probably take at least Admiral tier power for Garp to exert that much effort, possibly higher considering how quickly Oden was beaten by Roger.
