I personally consider that Base Goku surviving it is simply a PIS. However, how strong do you think it is in relation to Freeza?
I think is powerful enough to kill RoF Golden Freeza, but obviously far from being able to kill TOP Golden Freeza. I think the gap is smaller than 50% Freeza over Kaioken x20 Goku's Kamehameha as he consider it not a big deal while was actually angry and recognize that Kamehameha being dangerous. Can it work for example, the gap of Freeza over Vegeta's full powered attack?
