How strong was the Genkidama from Frieza Saga at this point?

I mean, when Frieza discovered it and Goku realized it didn't have enough energy to kill Frieza or that he could dodge it. I'd think by this point, it already have more raw power than Frieza, but not strong enough for Frieza to not survive it (on Goku's mind)

What would be your estimation? I'd think it already equals KKx20 Kamehameha.
