How strong were SSJ Vegeta & Piccolo in the Future?

This is just talking about the OVA itsellf, not taking into account the manga.

I personally think that:
SSJ Vegeta >= SSJ Namek Goku (likely stronger than 5th form Cooler)

Piccolo (at max) = in between Post Zenkai Vegeta and Initial Final Form Frieza

According to Daizenshuu 6, Vegeta was as strong as Goku. But that would mean Gohan was full of crap when he tried to fight the Androids.

I don’t see why Piccolo would be beyond Base Vegeta. Probably in the 3-4 million range.

How would you account for Gohan thinking he could defeat the Androids then if a much stronger Vegeta couldn’t?

Piccolo easily surpassed the Base Saiyans in the Android Saga, why wouldn’t that be the case here as well?

That’s exactly the problem with the Daizenshuu here. You’d have to think Gohan was delusional for it to make sense.

Present Piccolo trained with a Super Saiyan. Future Piccolo only did the same thing he always does.

Training with a Super Saiyan is helpful site, but the potential needs to be there.

I think the main reason Piccolo progressed so much is that his potential radically increased when he fused with Nail. Regular Piccolo is below Base Saiyans but Nail/Piccolo is only below regular Super Saiyans.

I think Piccolo definitely surpassed the Base Saiyans if Vegeta attained Super Saiyan in the future.

I personally don’t think he did and I think the Super manga suggests that Vegeta indeed never attained the form.

I think Future Goku SSJ (Before I die) is just as powerful as Goku SSJ (Semi Sick).

I think Future Vegeta Base and Future Goku Base were just as powerful, with the difference that they had different SSJ multipliers.

I have the SSJ multiplier on the Arc Android at 10x and the same applies to Future Vegeta SSJ.

I have Future Piccolo almost at the same level as Future Vegeta Base.

Makes sense. Gohan couldn’t climb to SSJ level after all. And I don’t think Base Future Vegeta can be much stronger 3 years later or he’d bump into Future Gohan too, so Piccolo might have surpassed him.

I’m leaning more towards the DBS Anime than the Manga nowadays. Couldn’t Vegeta have reverted to base before dying, just like he did by the end of the Cell Games?

Actually, Nail Piccolo is far below Base Saiyans in the Namek arc and Vegeta considered impossible for a Namekian to be that strong, so Piccolo's potential come from the people he fuses with.

Having say that, Piccolo could have been close to base form at most due to how limited his potential is in relation to a Saiyan.

SSJ Future Vegeta probably wasn't much stronger than Namek arc SSJ Goku and Future Piccolo probably wasn't much stronger than his Namek arc self.
