Tenshinhan managing to damage the Katchin stadium with a regular Kikoho at bare minimum places them above Boo Arc Gohan and whatever the regular attack power of the Z-Sword is.

Their other feats such as Ten being treat as a somewhat decent sparring partner against those relevant to Post-God Base tier and Kuririn being able to help out #18 in a fight (who's feats place her above ToP Base Galu) makes it apparent any of the human trio are soloing Z.

If the humans can solo Z then why was Kuririn was scared when Shin glared at him?

I think it's not about Shin being stronger than Krillin but he felt that they were blaming him for his shitty performance and he felt guilty about it.

What Fearless said. It's in character for Kuririn to be like this when he was ashamed at his performance and he'd already been chewed out by Beerus just beforehand. His reaction seemed to be more concerned with the normally kindly or casual expression of Shin changing into a "scary" one.

Also, actual feats >>> one throwaway reaction of someone's expression as far as evidence goes.
