I was thinking they'd be around Android 17's strength, which is surprising, considering the Androids were made out to be something special.

Why does anyone think they're weaker than Semi-perfect cell when they're even with Trunks and vegeta after a second RoSaT trip when they weren't even fighting to kill?

They're somewhere between Post RoSaT vegeta, and post RoSaT goku.

These Cell Juniors are spawned from 2nd form Cell. The thread's not about the Cell Juniors from the Cell Games.
