Kyo brought this up a while ago but I want to discuss this again. What was the point of Iceburg’s plan with the fake Pluton blueprints? So he asks Paulie to retrieve the fake blueprints, but then Paulie claims that Iceburg was insistent that he escaped without the fake blueprints.
So what was the goal here? If he wanted to use Paulie as bait and trick CP9 into thinking that the fake blueprints were legitimate, why the hell would both he and Paulie reveal their plan? This gave CP9 reason to look into Franky and discover that he held the real blueprints. Am I missing something here?
