There's a difference, Krilin cannot float around thus unable to touch him while Chaozu float around cuz he can't win by his combat and used his powers to win.

this floating around thing is complete bs it would've been a ring out if he hadn't flown, him not going back down to continue fighting with combat doesn't make sense either as it would reduce the chances of him winning which is something he does not want.

The fight was still closer than Vegeta vs Base Zarbon who was at the least 90% of Vegeta.

90% is still even and Zarbon/Vegeta/Dodoria gap is still debatable.

90% is not even. Even disregarding Vegeta's gap on Zarbon/Dodoria there is also 18k Vegeta dominating over 16k Kaioken x2 Goku despite the gap being at the least 90%.

Goku had the slight advantage but yes being at 93% is still a good fight. Now being at 90% is slipping into domination territory.

Most of here have 88% for Goku Vs Cell and the fight wasn't a domination yet.

It was about as near domination as you can get. Goku was struggling to even keep up.

I think the gap between Goku and Cell is much closer than Vegeta and k2 Goku.
