If GT had modern DB elements

[Queen TD]

If GT had elements of modern DB would it get praised or hated on? I'm basing this on Gt's majority hate (I love GT) and modern DB's mixed to positive feedback (I like modern DB)

So basically if GT had:
SSG
SSGSS
Gods of destruction
12 universes
Rage Vegeta
Golden Freiza(Golden Cell 9_9!!!!!!!)
The act of bringing back Freiza

As much as I like SSG and poking fun at SSGSS. I feel like the majority would hate it if GT made it.

[Disasters GoOn]

Considering how underwhelming GT's feats were, it would be hated on.

More importantly, if Super Vegeta-Baby's comment about him being the Strongest Saiyan ended up meaning that he was stronger than even friggin' Beerus and Whis, it would undermine the whole point of having god-tier beings, which is to basically have something that is next-to-impossible to achieve without either some extreme transformations or becoming a god.

If you combined the two themes, like this:

a) The 16 Universes being the opening portion of the series.
b) The Shadow Dragons being the final antagonist.

I can definitely see both being more successful together than each series individually. It's more creative.
