CC, I was watching Jiren in Chapter 41 if he made 2 power increases. The first at the beginning and then when faced against MUI Goku. It is true that at first MUI Goku was easily defeating Jiren (FP), because his speed was not much, but as the fight continued, Jiren increased his speed.

  I have something like this:

OUI Goku = 200
Jiren (First Power Up in Chapter 41) = 192
MUI Goku = 250
Jiren (FP / Speed (Initial) = 192
Jiren (FP / Strength) = 240
Jiren (FP / Speed (At the End) = 240.

  Then Jiren does 4 Power Ups in the ToP, instead of 3.

What are the 4 power ups again?

1st to break out of Hit's Time Lag;
2nd to beat Fake Kaioken Goku;
3rd to fight OUI Goku;
4th to Full Power against MUI Goku.

Is that it? What about those determination/willpower boosts that Whis said he was getting?

Apparently MUI Goku was somewhat stronger than Jiren (FP) and much faster than the latter, due to the reactions of the MUI. Jiren then became furious by reaching More of Los Límites and increased his speed (electric beams came out).

Using your numbers, you should have something like:

I even have doubts if Jiren only increased his speed. In a translation in Spanish, Whis says that he can not perceive Jiren's level, but he does know that he is reaching the speed of MUI Goku. Maybe you are right. In a translation to Spanish when Jiren goes More of Limits, Whis says that he does not know Jiren's potential, but his speed is reaching that of MUI Goku. It may be a translation error or maybe not, but it shows Jiren (More of the Limits) resisting the blows of MUI Goku much better than when she was FP. Maybe there are 5 power increases and therefore MUI Goku and Jiren would be >> Beerus at the end of the ToP.

Yes, it was a great ignition. Also missing an invisible ignition that Jiren does. After its first power-up, it was inferior to Kefla LSSJ and Gohan Ultimate. Then Goku PSSJB Pseudo Kaioken overcame the power of the last 2, but was defeated very easily by Jiren (Invisible Power). I think the ignition 3 that you put on must be tremendous, because for the first time an aura came out.

They were fighting on par, but so Goku quickly interrupted the fight when #17 was about to launch a big blast and I doubt it was due to being a potential danger to the environment as #17 is so fond of protecting it. The big fishes, when looking at the numbers, are wayyy ahead Goku's SSJ3, so I thought I'd make him somewhat stronger than that level for it to appear more realistic with his usefulness in the Tournament, even though he didn't take on anyone that high.
