I don't really remember much from the anime. The chain was like Enraged SSJBE Vegeta > Hakaishin Toppo > SSJBE Vegeta >>> Golden Freeza right? And SSJBE is like 20x SSJB since it closed the gap between Vegeta and Kaio-Ken Goku?

I have the theory that Goku doubled his power and equaled Vegeta in equal ways, when Goku was in his SSJB form against Kefla SSJ, since it seems that Goku SSJB (On against Kefla)> = Kefla SSJ (Suppressed) >>> > Kefla Base >>> Goku SSJG.
As for God Toppo against Vegeta SSJBE, it seems that God Toppo easily overpowers Vegeta SSJBE (Initial), somewhat similar to Recome on Vegeta. Then Vegeta SSJBE (FP) starts to beat up God Toppo and for some strange reason Vegeta SSJBE uses Final Blast's amplifying attack. I don't understand why he uses an amplified attack that wears him down, if he was already giving Toppo a beating.
Could it be that God Toppo was getting stronger as he got used to the form?
Can someone explain it to me?

I checked their fight. Toppo was somewhat stronger than Vegeta and was pushing him back, but it doesn't really look like Vegeta vs Recoome. Vegeta only landed hits on Recoome because Recoome let him, Vegeta even says he's getting treated like a baby. But Toppo? He's fighting for real. Vegeta is definitely putting up a defense. As for enraged Vegeta, he completely destroys Toppo. Man totally loses his ground here.

I think Vegeta was initially stronger than Goku in the ToP. Goku needed to use Kaio-Ken on Toppo in the Exhibiton Match, but Vegeta was his equal in the tournament. Wasn't Vegeta in the Rosat while Goku was busy recruiting fighters? That explains Vegeta being stronger
Though Goku did get stronger after fighting Jiren for the first time, didn't he? I think I should raise him a bit. What do you think of this?

I agree with what you say, I just think the Kamehameha from UI Goku (vs Kefla)> Final Blast of Vegeta SSJBE because Toppo comments that Jiren recognized the maximum power of Universe 7.
The gap between God Toppo over Vegeta SSJBE (Initial), resembles the Gap between Zarbon Form 2 over Vegeta (24,000).
The version of Vegeta SSJBE that surpassed God Toppo, I see it as the maximum power of the SSJBE, rather than an enraged impulse.

Yeah, Monster Zarbon vs 24k Vegeta sounds like a great comparison. Toppo is trashed pretty quickly.
So you think Vegeta was getting stronger as he got used to the form, like SSJG Goku? That makes sense.
The ToP anime isn't that tough. I don't think Goku improved much if at all since Toppo says Jiren has already seen the depths of his power as late as chapter 129. Not sure how Goku was capable of keeping up with Jiren without UI though... If anything Goku should be getting weaker from the constant fighting.
The real issues in the anime ToP for me are:
- Dyspo. He relies a lot on speed, but that's not very telling of his power level.
- Kale. Sometimes she's SSJ2 tier, SSJ3, God tier, Blue tier, Jiren tier. How strong is she exactly?
- Piccolo and 18. I just don't remember anything they did in the ToP. Piccolo can keep up with Gohan, does that mean he's Blue tier? And 18 fought Ribrianne, but I'm not sure of what that means for her.

I have to see the ToP again. There is a lot of inconsistency in the ToP of the Anime and that can be justified with poor arguments.
Anyway from what I remember:
UI Goku> = Jiren (Beyond Limits) >> Jiren (FP) >>> UI Sign Goku (Kamehameha / Speed)> UI Sign Goku (3rd time) >> Kefla SSJ2> = UI Sing Goku (2nd time)> = UI Sing Goku (1st time)> Vegeta SSJBE (Final Explosion) >>>>> Vegeta SSJBE (FP) >>> God Toppo> Vegeta SSJBE (Initial) = Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 (Vs Kefla).
Surely the fact that Vegeta SSJBE (Initial) + Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 give Jiren problems, we should not take it 100% seriously, considering that on many occasions, characters like Android # 17, managed to cause problems for Jiren.
As for Kale, Goku used a status of SSJB (Very Suppressed), perhaps lower than his SSJ3.
