A while ago. Not counting Super, the last time I read Dragon Ball was as I ordered them from Amazon. Got the last book back in August 2016 and that's when I read it. Haven't seen the anime in many years now.

1. Arya Stark
2. Davos Seaworth
3. Jaime Lannister

From there I can mention 7 in no particular order:

Jorah Mormont, Sandor Clegane, Tyrion Lannister, Tywin Lannister, Eddard Stark, Jon Snow, Bran Stark.

As for hate, I don't really hate anyone in terms of writing. I think they all serve a good purpose. But I suppose Cersei Lannister, Daenerys Targaryan and Ramsay Bolton come close.
