So Burter was obviously faster than Recoome, Jeice and Guldo but was he faster than Captain Ginyu also or nah?

Cause I mean specialties wise it's-

Jeice; Ki manipulation
Recoome; Physical strength/Durability
Guldo; Time manipulation
Captain Ginyu; Poses and leadership
Burter; Speed

But if he wasn't even faster than Ginyu what was the point of all his bragging .-.
Or do you think it was more a travel speed thing rather than combat or whatever?

His 1st form is definitely faster than Burter IMO. After all, only Zarbon and probably Dodoria knew Freeza has transformation.

Pretty sure if you're fast in one, you're just as fast at the other. Batta liked to intimidate. If he simply said "I'm the fastest of all of us!" (Us meaning of the 4 of them there) instead that wouldn't sound as intimidating. Using the word universe or whatever sounds killer. If he said "I'm the fastest in the universe!...... Except for my boss and Freeza..... Y... You're dead!" That woulda sounded stupid.
