I mostly said it as a joke but:

Kissanime updates their episodes whenever Dragon Team (and Over8000 back in the day #rip) comes out with their subs. Their stream quality is excellent with easy options to change into 360p, 720p, and 1080p (1080p is rare because most anime is in 720p). For One Piece they use Kaizoku till they died (like ep 300ish), then Yibis (till 650ish), and now use Crunchyroll's. In general they make sure to have high quality subs. The only negative is that you have to turn off your adblocker for the site but it's worth it.

All of the above works for Kissmanga as well (though they strangely don't update with powermanga's translations for One Piece whenever they come out). There's no high quality Late Cell arc scans so that part is lacking but it;s the same for every site besides mangafox which uses Viz's.

Kisscartoon is cool too

Never been on GoGoAnime but Kissanime is the standard for many people.

Just checked today and everything is working again. I checked that movie, DBS, One Piece, and HxH
