Imperfect cell pre kamehameha vs androids 17 & 18

If cell use this kamehameha against 17 & 18 like when how ssj trunks fired a blast towards them while they were on gero's lab, how would they end?

Take into account that piccolo felt in need to dodge it and he called this kamehameha "nothing special" and "pathetic"
