As i don't see much to edit in the champa arc, other than making goku to use at most kaioken 3x or 4x in ssj blue instead of 10x and bog arc was pretty much everyone losing to beerus, as well as nobody being a worthy threat to him, Goku, vegeta and frieza were the only god tier level fighters but at the time of the champa arc it was too soon for him to return, i will do the goku black arc which is another arc that may promise many changes if scripted in the proper way or at least adjust the ideas presented on this arc which turned out to be a mess.
The beginning of the goku black saga would be the same it went excluding goku black getting stronger with pain and vegeta vs trunks training will be ssj2 vegeta vs ssj2 trunks with vegeta once getting in disadvantage using ssjb to knock him out, then trunks would lose his will to become stronger and would let his destiny on goku and vegeta's shoulders. We also would not get goku visiting zeno nor getting the button.
When it comes to the 1st trip to the future, vegeta would transform in ssb against black firing a garlick gun, goku and trunks would be happy thinking black died but in the dust we get black with pink aura and hair, vegeta would fire ki blasts and black would do the same but black would push greater, black would teleport to vegeta and goku would use it too with an elbow to black's face. Then suddenly they sense a ki appearing being zamasu and trunks getting stabbed from behind. Vegeta thinking trunks is dead would be in neccesity to fire ki blasts like he did vs cell but black would kick him out and would defeat hin putting him on the floor, with trunks and vegeta defeated, goku would have no choice but to use taiyoken and dissapear his ki to not be detected, goku also has senzus in reserve so he would use it to heal them and all of them are gone to the past.
In this story zamasu is not immortal but rather asked for a huge power to be conceded.
Then goku plan to go to u10 with beerus, whis and kaioshin, but they weren't on there, so they called them while zamasu goes with zuno to ask him about goku and the super dragon balls, once goku is gone with beerus, whis and kaioshin, it happens the same as beerus destroys him while vegeta is training in the rosat.
In the 2nd coming to the future, trunks, goku and vegeta come to see the future in which black and zamasu are there, and gowasu and kaioshin appear, vegeta humiliates black and goku with vegeta is pretty well coordinated so zamasu can't intervene, goku then try to finish them off with a kamehameha in ssb, but suddenly merged zamasu appear, his ki is gigantic, vegeta surrender to fight him because he knows he would be worthless. Goku uses kkx10 ssb but gets blitzed and is no match, goku then decides to use kkx20 ssb mimicking what happened vs frieza, but then goku gets without energy and is thrown to the floor once goku is about to get defeated, trunks throws him his sword with him getting distracted, trunks transforms into ssj2 and fire ki blasts that are useless against zamasu, kaioshin and gowasu decides to use their potaras and goku finds two senzu beans so they fuse in vegetto.
Zamasu punishes ssj2 trunks but suddenly vegetto appears from the floor, vegetto tells him that he can get busy with trunks once he has killed him but it would not be that easy, vegetto then goes straight to ssg while testing the waters with zamasu having the fight ssb vegetto vs merged zamasu had in the anime originally, once zamasu defeat him "sending" him back to base, vegetto emerges in ssb with a ki sword and told him he didn't expect this did he, zamasu while being stabbed fires a huge ki blast with his two hands which vegetto counters with a regular kamehameha and desintegrate him, vegetto then smiles towards trunks.
