The narrative still paints him as being more akin to a mortal than a God in terms of stature on the pecking order with Goku pointing out his hypocrisy, not to mention his fusion being made up of himself and a mortal's body. By Super's logic, it seems as though anyone who isn't a Hakaishin or higher can't be considered true contenders as non-mortals, given how those with God Ki such as Goku, Vegeta and Toppo are still treat as mortals despite their Ki's quality being fundamentally no different than that of lower Gods, if not superior.Keedounan said:I have to say that I don't really understand why Zamasu is included in some rankings, since he's not a mortal.
