I can reduce Initial Nappa to 3,200 in the best case. But 3,000 is too low.

Well you can't go that low if you aim to be consistent. Either Nappa has a larger advantage over Masenko than Raditz did against Kamehameha or he doesn't.

I kind of think that a punch/kick back signifies the blast is rivaling range.
