Piccolo (main-villain of 23rd Tenkaichi-Budokai arc) got stomped & made to look like a joke directly by Raditz.

(100 years later EDIT: Even Raditz was made to look like a joke when the Saibamen rivalled him, and Piccolo and Tenshinhan and Kuririn could defeat them easily.)

Kiwi who apparently rivalled Vegeta before his Zenkai from Earth (Saiyan Saga) got defeated easily by a powered-up Vegeta. Who was no match for the Ginyu-Force or Freeza.

Freeza came-back as Mecha-Freeza & got one-shotted by Trunks.

Cell, can arguably be compared to Dabura (I made a thread about that, and what might have been AT's intentions), and he got easily defeated by Boo (not to mention Majin-Vegeta did, too).
