Yosaku said that a fishman is born with x10 the strength of a human or so, does that mean even Arlong's fodder is? Doesn't seem that way.

I don't know I can't see those fodder being able to take-on a whole marine or something. Also Sanji and Zoro one-shotted them all easily and Zoro did that before even off-screen. Does that mean they are way above x10 the strength of a human? They still can't take bullets and such with ease though even-though that doesn't mean anything since a bullet is obviously way higher than 10x humans, considering the speed.

Fishmen in general are said to have 10x the power of a human, so I don’t see why Arlong’s crew would be excluded from that. Arlong and his crew were capable of taking an entire island hostage, and were too powerful for Marine crews to deal with.. Zoro are Sanji are far above that level. Arlong feared Zoro after witnessing he had been fighting with such extreme injuries, and we know how powerful Arlong is..

The short answer is yes. Fishmen are said in general to be 10x stronger than a regular human and the strength feats of Arlong and Hatchan extend to being hundreds of times greater than what a regular human could accomplish. Even the weakest Fishmen ought to be at least at the threshold of 10x the average joe.
