I find it hard to believe.When goku fights zamasu he goes ssj2 and his power inceases several times over.SSj3 is even greater than that and we all know that SSjgssj>>>ssj3

Anime-wise, it's possible, but unlikely given other feats and scaling. Most likely, Base Goku's feat at the end of the fight with Beerus was just a temporary power up.

Manga-wise, it's definitely impossible given how the fight against Beerus played out there.
