Is BoDB Yamcha one shotting Bear Thief?

Yamcha was pretty heavily outclassed by Goku once Goku wasn't hungry, but would he be able to replicate Goku's feat against the Bear Thief?

Goku seemed pretty casual about it and later praised Yamcha's strength to Kuririn, so I would say yes. It might require more effort outof him though.

You only need a 1.5x difference to oneshot since Ginyu thought Goku had a BP of 60k after hearing about him beating Reacom and Burta in one attack.

Goku was easily double the Bear Bandit which is more than enough room for the bear to oneshot range of Yamcha.

I'm not so sure about double anymore. Massive gap, but ask yourself if Goku would be able to fully tank the Bear Thief? I can't see it.

What feats does the Bear Thief have beyond swinging a big ass sword?

I’d say this. Double does feel a bit too much as well. I don’t think Goku can full blown tank BB considering we think a 2x gap should be enough to tank, which is totally debatable as well, but here’s how I see it.

Yamcha can one shot it but he needs full power.

This is perfect spacing I feel.

Also Goku hits him in a weak spot. Right in between the eyes.

I mean the way Goku literally stood on top of his sword without him realizing it shows a similar level of dominance as Perfect Cell vs. Super Vegeta to me. It may not necessarily be double though. I still don't think Bear Bandit was special enough that Goku "needed" the Janken to defeat him.

Goku’s speed may be incredibly superior to BB’s. BB is probably quite slow.

Also, a 1.5x gap can do all of that.

Goku at 5k is virtually invisible to an around 3k Nappa. Same type of gap here is suitable I’d say.

I always went double but I don’t feel like it’s necessary anymore.

Plus Krillen should struggle a little here with BB, I don’t think Krillin can one shot.

Goku was actually over 5000 when he no diff dodged Nappa. Something that's often overlooked. I agree around a 1.5x gap is enough to do what Goku did to Bear Bandit though, hence I said it may not necessarily be double. I also noticed that Goku hit him in a soft spot.

I’m talking about his feats before he powers up further…

Goku is able to fly in snatch up Gohan, put him on Nimbus all in the matter of Nappa stomping his foot. Nappa literally can’t see Goku who’s like invisible at this point to him.

Yamcha wasn't heavily outclassed. He was 90% of FP Goku in my books.

Probably. Goku one-shotted him like he was taking out the trash, while he held Yamcha's power in high regards.
