Is Dressrosa underrated?

My biggest complaint with it is that it is very drawn out and is like 700 chapters, but after reading it 5 times I've come to like it quite a lot. I see it get a lot of hate that I don't think it deserves.

I loved it. I was very burned out on the series after fishman island and punk hazard, but I loved every second of dressrosa.

I also really liked Dressrosa. Honestly, I was never so anxious and eager to read OP's next chapter as I was on Dressrosa. I almost died of waiting the next chapter after Luffy hit Doflamingo with Red Hawk, only to see Doffy's reactions to it.

Even if there was a lack of hand to hand combat, I found Luffy/Law vs Doffy pretty lit.

Afaik it is in general considered one of the better arcs, certain circles will hate on it but they're a vocal minority.

Didn't it last for 15 volumes? If the pacing is that shit I can't call it underrated, especially when many people consider it one of their favorite arcs

Towards the end I was just ready for it to be over with already but that was when I was reading one chapter per week, if I reread the whole thing off top my opinion will probably change like it did for the other arcs I didn't really care for at first.

I wouldn't say it's underrated. It did have it's high points, but the low points were still evident, such as it being an alternative take on Alabasta or that it's climax followed the typical cycle of most OP arcs.
