Is "FPSSJ" a higher multiplier than "SSJ"

I don't get why you're being so stubborn about this lol. Grade 2 and 3 were tossed out like trash, and Vegeta felt like an idiot for even using such a form after seeing what Goku and Gohan did. Clearly it wasn't that good in his mind.

SSJG2 is a form that greatly increases the power, with no speed loss. I don't see why it is "inefficient".

As I said earlier, I'm not the guy to ask. The manga itself implies that it was a terrible form, otherwise it wouldn't have been thrown aside.

For the same reasons that you'd rather fight at a base power of 16,000 than use the Kaioken at 8000 to achieve the same strength, I guess. The ki drain didn't appear to be that much of an issue against Cell, but Vegeta admits minimizing the strain of the regular Super Saiyan was a smarter move. I didn't write the manga nor is it all that awfully consistent, so the explanation it gives is the only one we got.

But I don't see why he would not use it against a mini Cell if it was effective against Semi Cell (when he would have lost only at SSJ). There are 2 options:

1- When mastering the SSJ (FPSSJ) you can amplify it even further (with the same amplification of SSJG2), making the latter useless;
2- You cannot go "buff" when you choose to master the SSJ.

Those are the options, you just have to pick one and go with it. Kenshi suggested a more logical option, that they could not use the Grade forms because they hit their limits in the Super Saiyan form. Grade 2/3 are just extensions of said form, so if you're maxed out in the form, you won't get a power boost from modifying it.

But even so, FPSSJ Vegeta (Boo saga) was way stronger than FPSSJ Vegeta (Cell Games).

Limits change.

I don't see why the multiplier has to drop. Base Saiyans have never done anything special, and any sort of evidence to the contrary can simply be explained by an alternative reason.

That was not my point though.

Anyway, it's wrong to say the base saiyans did not do anything special, because they did.

Oh, I thought you were talking about whether or not the multiplier turned into 10x Base, xD. No, there shouldn't be a reason for FPSSJ to be a higher multiplier than SSJ. To my knowledge, nothing in the story implies that.

Nope.

ASSJ and USSJ were nothing more than shortcuts to greater strength as opposed to MSSJ where Goku and Gohan actually took their time to master SSJ.
