Is Goku the only one who uses beams to move himself?

Goku uses kamehameha to fly in DB. Even in DBZ, he uses it to quickly move himself during the fight (iirc against ape Vegeta).
Is Goku the only one to do this? I could see others not using it, since many of them learnt to fly at a younger age than Goku did.

Roshi used it in the 21st Budokai when Krillin nearly knocked him out of the ring.

Krillin used it to propel himself into the air as a distraction against Nappa.

Outside of that I can't think of anyone else.

I guess for characters within lower PLs (whatever Goku's was vs ape Vegeta. I'm assuming he wasn't using invisible kaioken) it's faster than jumping or flight for covering a small distance, since Goku used it to dodge. I wonder if it Goku's ki eventually got strong enough that flying was faster (can't remember if he ever used it again after the Vegeta fight) or if it was still faster to use a beam way later in the series, but just too ki inefficient. I guess it could just not be useful in combat, because it takes you out of kicking range anyway (so you can only use it to dodge), plus fights on the ground became less common.
