This a lot of logic twisting just to nerf one of the greatest feats of all time.

And it lines up with the other feats. Goku finger tapped the Strongman, that’s likely something like a 10x feat itself.

Roshi’s 3x Wind Chop is perfectly in line with the other feats.

But it's never explained what exactly windchop is. If Roshi is using ki for it then it has to be his full power. Ki surpression is completely foreign at this point.

Exactly and it’s a greater feat than wind chop.

So that proves Wind Chop needs to be multi folds because the gap between the top tier 21st Budokais and the low tier is absolutely massive.
