Is Jiren > Beerus In The Manga?

I don't think it was implied at all other than Jiren is stronger than Belmod but who is likely to be weaker than Beerus and Quitella.

I don't think there is a concrete answer with this one. We're outright told Jiren is superior to Belmod in terms of power, but we don't know how strong Belmod is compared to Beerus, not exactly anyway. Quitela and Champa are the only Gods of Destruction implied and/or stated to be on Beerus' coattails in terms of fighting prowess, and Beerus is the only God seemingly capable of temporarily incorporating an unmastered version of Ultra Instinct. From what I've been reading, and I may have missed it, there is no comparison between Ultra Instinct Goku (mastered or not) and Beerus, but we know Beerus can follow mastered Ultra Instinct Goku's fight with Jiren while none of the mortals can.

Probably not. Beerus never makes reference to Jiren in comparison to himself and Jiren is only mentioned as stronger than Belmod as far as Hakaishin scaling went and whilst Belmod is portrayed as one of the stronger Hakaishin, he didn't show feats to match Beerus or Quitela, or perhaps even in the Hakaishin battle royale.

That, and promotional material states Broly is the strongest adversary yet (ie. Broly > Jiren), whilst Goku only says Broly "might" be stronger than Beerus, painting a chain of Broly ~ Beerus > Jiren.

Did it really said 'Gods' of Destruction? Because iirc Toppp only said their GoD is surpassed by Jiren.

It's talking about all of the Gods. And there's no significant difference between any of the Gods anyway, so if Jiren far surpasses any of them, he would obviously exceed all of them.
