Is Pikkon's Burning Shoot a Kaioken-type technique?

Pikkon's Burning Shoot allowed him to practically one-shot Cell with the utmost ease, but since he had trouble with FPSSJ Goku later, it is debatable whether or not it was a Kaioken type technique.

Or perhaps Pikkon was suppressed against Goku? Since Goku used a Super Kaioken on him and he recovered from it fast, and Pikkon also taunted Kid Boo when he teleported to the Other World in that filler, which is something pretty stupid to do unless you're Fat Boo tier at least.

After some research, it is safe to say that Burning shoot is a kaioken type but I think it increase the speed only not power.

I always thought of Blazing Shot to be his own version of Kaioken but it gives a greater amplification of power (That or Cell was heavily suppressing himself). With Blazing Shot he two shotted Cell but had to remove his weights to fight Goku (Which he dominated for the most part, Goku only got 2 shots on him the first of which he immediately recovered from and the 2nd is what led to his defeat). Before he removed his weights he was struggling when grappling with Goku.

Also Goku and Pikkon were disqualified for touching the ceiling yet in the middle of the fight Pikkon was standing on a moon, so shouldn't he have been disqualified right then and there?
