Is Ribrianne ~ Base Saiyans?

Well a couple of episodes ago, he was fighting SSjin Vegeta but with the recent episodes, she was fighting Goku and Vegeta [not at the same time] in their base form. Does that solidify her strength?

It's ironic that her best display of strength came from anger/rage instead of the "love" she preaches about.

If she's close to base Goku or base Vegeta that would make her stronger than SS3 Gotenks.

I'm thinking that Ribrianne is at the level of Goku / Vegeta SSJ (ToP), but she very quickly loses her energy and it takes her a long time to recover her lost energy, so much so that now she seems to be at a level equal to or lower than Goku / Vegeta Base (ToP).
