Is SSJBE Vegeta higher than any-other GoD?

Well technically he should be since Whis or Beeru's sometime around RoF time said that both Goku and Vegeta could be candidates for GoDs in other universes, but that got retconed.

If there is a GoD he can beat it'd probably be Sidra. Otherwise I'd say nah, he's just above Toppo.

I do not think Vegeta SSJBE can beat Sidra. It is true that Vegeta SSJBE is superior to God Toppo, but both are not yet on the level of UI Goku (Initial), but rather close. Then UI Goku increased his power a little bit each time he reappeared, then he made a great Power Up to get the MUI.

  I think MUI Goku (Initial) is in the average level of a Destroyer God, therefore it is much more powerful than Vegeta SSJBE.

  The only way I see winning Vegeta SSJBE, is that Sidra is many times inferior to the other Destroying Gods, but I do not think that is the case.

Toppo states Jiren had already seen the depths of UI Goku's power from his fight with Kefla at the point where Jiren countered him, despite Goku still being treat as the only one who stood a chance against Jiren even prior to mastering UI. Initial UI Goku > SSBE Vegeta (Final Explosion) >> SSBE Vegeta (Limits). Only Hakaishin Vegeta stands a chance against is Sidra, and even that's debatable.
