Ginyu makes it pretty clear 60k is the pl needed to perform Goku's feats. 1.5x is pretty non negotiable.

Sure, but there's a big difference between 1.5x and 1.67x. Reecome wouldn't have been hit as hard.

Also, you have to actually go into what Jeice told Ginyu. It was probably something very simple.

"We couldn't see him and he knocked us all out easily" is probably the gist of it.

Goku puts the Mummy down in similar fashion as he does Reecome though, so I'm sure it's all fine.
