Is the Ghost in the Shell TV-series worth-watching?

I was trying to watch this before for like one episode, but it seemed episodic. Is this good?

I remember watching a little bit on Toonami or Adult Swim, don't remember which. It was alright from what I remember, might rewatch and see.

It was on Adult Swim. It had too many adult themes for them to place it in Toonami. Even YYH got put in Adult Swim because Funimation didn't censor much of the violence and even added more cursing if anything.

I'm thinking of going-back to re-watch too (after I finish watching Den-noh Coil), but not sure yet. It's dialogue-heavy IIRC and at times difficult to understand everything (& I try to understand EVERYTHING). I also watch the original version which might make that even harder if I don't care about the series. I'll think about it.

No but it's worth listening to the audio. Dandadan is good to watch but the audio is just ok. So I would watch Dandadan while listening to Shell Containing a Ghost.

The live-action movie is good though. Nm, that's Battle Angel Alita.
