Is there evidence that Toyable = Toyotarou

I've always assumed this was just a fact that these are one and the same, but recently I've heard it's only speculation. What's the truth?

A while ago I saw a panel by panel comparison of Goku vs Vegeta in the start of DBS and Goku vs Paikuhan in his DBAF. Not only is the art style the same, but so is the coreography. AF also ended the month before DBS started.

Toyble said on his doujin website that he was hired as an official artist and could no longer work on his fancomic. Seems as clear cut as it gets. He just never outright confirmed it.
