I believe there are two canon continuities:

Dragon Ball -> Dragon Ball Z -> End Of Z

Dragon Ball -> Dragon Ball Z -> Dragon Ball Super

Dragon Ball GT is at most canon to the Anime.

Super Dragon Ball Heroes is completely non canon.

GT isn't even canon to the anime and is only counted since it's an official product that isn't just a promotional anime for a video game like Heroes. Ginyu died with Tagoma's body in Super, yet he is seen with the likeness of his purple horned body in Hell in GT and the Pilaf Crew are old as fuck by GT when they would be in their 20s if Super were to factor into GT. BoG writers even denounced GT on Twitter and the Super anime which generally follows Kai completely denounces the GT/filler depiction of Hell by making it the same as AT's RoF movie.

As AT said, GT is just a sidestory of the original manga and anime that the creator had no involvement in, kind of like a video game or the Yamcha manga at this point.
