Goku Black (FP)> Goku SSJ3 >>> Goku Black (Suppressed vs Future Trunks)> Goku Black (Suppressed vs Goku) = Goku SSJ2 (FP)> Goku SSJ2 (Semi Suppressed) = Goku Black (Suppressed vs Goku) = Present Zamasu> Goku SSJ2 (Suppressed) = Goku Black (Suppressed vs Goku) = Future Trunks SSJ2?

Not sure where Present Zamasu fits. Before Beerus Hakai’d him Goku tried to fight him in base.

I don't think, Future Trunks considered the SSJ3 to be extremely strong.

I think Future Trunks first compared Goku SSJ3 to the true power of Goku Black, which in turn was the power that Future Trunks estimated of Goku Black.

Later Future Trunks compared Goku SSJ2 to the power of Goku Black (Suppressed vs Future Trunks).

Later Future Trunks compared Goku SSJ2 to the power of Goku Black (Suppressed vs Future Trunks).

The comparison was that Goku Black was even stronger than SSJ3 Goku. At the very least Goku Black >= SSJ3 Goku (Suppressed).
