Is Zoro asexual?

Well, besides Sanji there isn't any other member that openly shows their interest on the opposite sex. But these character have had at least one scene or another that shows they have interest -- Usopp has shown it in some of his lines and Luffy reacted to Nami's naked body like the others.

There's just nothing of the sort with Zoro... I can't imagine him reacting alongside the others to some woman's naked body, for instance. He's way more serious about it. In the latest arc, for example, he seemed really uneasy with Brook thinking he was "doing that" with Komurasaki, going out of his way to point out they were just sleeping.

Maybe he is asexual? Or perhaps he thinks that openly showing interest is a sign of not taking their journey seriously? He doesn't have to act like Sanji, but he still seems to avoid the thought of it.

Still less asexual than Luffy, at least.

I'd say that has more to do with him being surprised at Mr. 2 taking the action or perhaps not knowing what a woman's naked body really looked like. After all, he later presented no kind of emotion at seeing Hancock's nude body, despite seeing a lot more of it.

That said, I'd say Hancock acts as pretty big evidence of Luffy being the most asexual member of the crew. He presented no interest in marrying Hancock, despite her being constantly presented as a top tier beauty in OP's world and is extremely caring towards Luffy. There's honestly no real reason to refuse. Marriage wouldn't have really gotten in the way of Luffy's adventure either when it would've just gained him a new ally, one that may have even proven useful in gathering intel from the World Government if she kept her marriage a secret.

As you said, Zoro had a notable reaction towards Brook's suggestion, plus he has been shown in the past not to go all-out against a female opponent (even if not to anywhere the same extent as cucked white knight Sanji). It's most likely has seeming lack of sexual interest has more to do with his personal bushido, probably considering woman a vice to abstain from in the manner many religious figures and noble warrior archetypes do.

I was referring to the bath scene at Alabasta, in which Nami took off her clothes and everyone fell down.

Eiichiro Oda stated that Luffy reacted to Nami and not to Hancock because Usopp was there with Luffy, and then he kinda got carried away. But he still confirmed in this same SBS that Luffy has interest in these things, he just doesn't get over silly like others.

That's a fair point, although Luffy's reactions strikes more as disinterest to me... Zoro seems actually bothered by it, dunno.

I see. On a similar taken, do you think that picking up girls could be in his mind a sign of not being completely faithful and focused on his goal?

I know.

An interesting point, though Oda did a poor job at presenting that distinction. A good writer should be able to convey such subtleties without having to explain everything in an interview.

That, and given how similar it'd be to Sanji's attitude, Zoro would consider it as stooping below his level even if he had an active interest in sex.

I think Zoro's sexuality is on the same level as Luffy's. Zoro seems to have some level of affection toward Robin, similar to how Luffy does with Nami. Luffy was attracted to Bon Clay when he transformed into Nami and revealed his/her bust, after all.
