He's likely just Solar System level via powerscaling from the Genie and a few thousand times faster than light.

I agree with you, only that maybe the Blue Genius and Jafar Genie must be superior to the Solar System level. Perhaps they are of level Multi Solar System or even level of Galaxy. Watch this video of the Blue Genius becoming Star Constellations. Nor should we forget that the Blue Genius, when released from the Lamp, greatly diminished his power and Jafar Genie is much more powerful than the Blue Genius before being released.
