Like Tapion said, Kaguya has a lot going for her aside from planet-busting power. Such as high-level Genjutsu, nigh 360º vision, dimensional teleportation, regeneration, power absorption, and All-Killing Ash Bones, to name a few. She can simply look at Dodoria's eyes and cast Mugen Tsukuyomi (which doesn't require a chakra system) on him, then suck up his power and one-shot him.

That, and Kaguya has far better consistent speed feats than Freeza Arc characters showed prior to 50% Freeza. Dodoria's not pulling through here.
