The badasses (except Chazz) battle it out.
Kaiba - We all know, uses a beatdown strategy has some OP cards like the haxed anime Crush Card, Chaos Emperor Dragon, and anime Soul exchange. Even without those cards he has his Blue Eyes and a ton of support for it and usually him whipping out Blue Eyes means game over unless you're a main character. But for this match Crush Card, Deck Destruction Virus, and Virus Cannon are barred. They're too OP in the anime.
Chazz - He's had multiple decks throughout the course of GX but mostly he was using the Armed Dragon deck so let's assume he has that one for this triple threat. A friend of mine used to run an Armed Dragon deck and it was fairly a challenge and fun to clash against. Armed Dragon Lv5 - 10 can destroy a monster by discarding another monster assuming said discarded monster is stronger. He has a lot of support for his Ojama cards as lame as they are.
Jack - Plays a power deck similar to Kaiba and usually almost immediately brings out Red Dragon Archfiend and has a ton of cards to keep it from being destroyed and if it is it's usually not long before he brings it back. Really that's the best he's got. Red Dragon Archfiend and it's powered up versions.
