I have to say, I am extremely disappointed in Kaido's crew.

What happened to this? Kaido's crew was said to be full of Zoan users, yet we have hardly seen any. For a crew with as much power as the Beasts pirates, it seems absurd to me that they could only create artificial zoans. Shouldn't they have the funds to purchase real zoan fruits off the black-market, or steal them from other crews? Instead we are left with a laughable crew of fake zoan users who all look like trash and are weak af.

That was still a SMILE user. The only Zoans that come to mind are Kaido, King, Queen, Jack and Page One. Pretty ridiculous when the crew was hyped up to be full of them.

can you explain me about the smile a little and how to identify a smile user? iirc the smiles had also to do with those ppl have uncontrollable laughs, right? does it give you animal powa but can also make you smile forever?

Consuming one eliminates your ability to feel things like sadness or fear. Only 1 in 10 work successfully, resulting in one of the abominations like you posted above. Instead of becoming an animal like most Zoans, a SMILE produces an animal on your body that is often beyond your control and has a mind of its own. They are far inferior to real Zoans. For the 9 out of 10 that don't work, you still lose your emotions and ability to swim.

I think one of the glaring problems with the way Kaido's crew "feel" is the presentation. Oda could do a decent presentation and save the gags for later. yet queen looks like a joker who can't take things seriously and throws cautious to the wind facing big mom for fucking food and in every page he appears there're jokes in 80% of the panels... I remember that Jack indeed felt like a threat with his conqueror of the mink's territory. there with him you could feel the hype -- since a mink was telling the horror he caused to the island, there was little space to jokes. I'd say oda could explore them better giving them a more feeling of seriousness saving the jokes and gags for special occasions.

While I agree that Queen and Big Mom getting angry over food was retarded, I don't agree with your whole post. I personally dislike that Queen comes across as a fool, but you have to consider that they have gone unchallenged at Wano for over 20 years. In Queen's position, there is no need to maintain a serious and strict mindset. Kaido is there to destroy any threat at any given time, and the prisoners in the mine were all using seastone handcuffs. He also did show the ability to get serious when there was a threat, seeing as he devised a plan to attack Big Mom and later transport her to Onigashima. Not to mention, we have already seen that Jack and King are the quiet, serious type, so to have a 3rd commander act this way would be redundant.

While true, Queen also continued to act in a funny fashion even in a serious situation, when his captain and Big Mom were battling with the recurring joke of him trying to make his escape in a subtle way, which his subordinates caught on.

It's true that these jokes are a theme of OP but I think when it comes to serious and hyped up to hell crews like Kaido's, they could make itself less present. Not eliminating them all, but lesser the quantity.
